Self Retracting Life Lines

- Self retracting life lines are similar to the device used in vehicle seat belts. They engage when forcefully pulled.
- The anchorage point for these types of devices needs only to withstand 3000 lbs.
- This type of life line only allows you to fall 1.5 - 2 feet before engaging, therefore, you are not accumulating as much arresting force.
